Explore an original saltbox home built in 1886. With well-equipped modern amenities, this budget-friendly accommodation is ideal for solo travel, families or groups for making lasting memories. 

This boutique hostel offers one dorm room with four bunks, four private rooms and two shared washrooms, a self catering kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining and a common living area. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, cereal bars and local bread and jam, Wi-Fi, Netflix, books, games, musical instruments, linens, laundry, BBQ with propane, and firepit with wood. Rainbow registered. Eco friendly keyless check-in and paperless.

Due to this house being a traditional Saltbox, built in 1886, the 2nd and 3rd level has 6ft ceilings.

Payment Policy

The guest will be charged a deposit of the first night, excluding taxes, at time of reservation; the remaining balance will be billed the day before check-out on the credit card on file. All invoices and receipts will be sent by email, we offer a paperless system.

If a guest damages the property, the credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

Cleaning Fee
Although general housekeeping is included in your room rental, failure to wash your dishes and wipe down the kitchen will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee on your credit card.

Damages
You will be responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment by yourself or your guests. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred.

Hot Tub
The Sunshine Inn hot tub seats 6 people and is for the Sunshine Inn guests only. Please do not exceed maximum capacity. In the event that you exceed the 6-person capacity of the hot tub or cause damage, you could be charged a minimum $250 fee on your credit card to cover the cost of balancing/repairing the tub.

Pet Policy
We allow pets in the Drift Away Suite, Oceanview Retreat, and Loveridge House for a fee of $30/booking. You are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required by your pet. The credit card on file will be charged for damages incurred. Pets are not allowed in the Sunshine Inn or Hi Tides Hostel.

Smoking Policy
For a clean and healthy living environment, our accommodations are smoke-free. Any smoking inside the properties will result in a minimum $250 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.

Harassment and Discrimination Policy
Twillingate & Beyond maintains a zero-tolerance policy for customers/employees who harass customers/employees based on race, national or ethnic origin, religion, age, sexual orientation or gender identity, marital status, family status, and disability. Customers/employees in violation of the policy may be asked to leave the premises and/or have law enforcement involved.

To respect all guests, quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.
