The Drift Away Suite offers a queen bedroom with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the harbour, double bed loft that is accessible by ladder and with a height restriction of 4 ft., open concept kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining, living space and an accessible bathroom with shower. You will be welcomed with local bread and jam. Complimentary tea, coffee, Wi-Fi, Netflix, books, games, A/C, laundry, BBQ with propane, and firepit with wood. Pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. Rainbow registered. Eco friendly keyless check-in and paperless.

Payment Policies

• Prepayment: A prepayment for the first night will be charged at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due the day before check-out.

• Property Damage: If the property is damaged during the stay, the credit card on file will be charged for repair costs.

• Sports Team Group Bookings: For sports team groups, the full amount will be charged on the day of check-in.

• Exceptions: Any alternative arrangements must be specified in a signed contract.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation/Modification Policy:

  • Cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days before arrival incur no fee.
  • Later cancellations, modifications, or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's stay.

• Sports Team Exception: Sports teams will receive a full refund if their tournament is cancelled or altered.

• Exceptions: Any alternative arrangements must be outlined in a signed contract.

Terms & Conditions

Cleaning Fee
Basic housekeeping is included with your room. However, if dishes are not washed and the kitchen is not wiped down, a minimum $25 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to property, furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves or their guests. The credit card on file will be charged for any incurred damages.

Hot Tub
The Sunshine Inn hot tub is exclusive to Sunshine Inn guests and has a maximum capacity of 6 people. Exceeding this limit or causing damage may result in a minimum $250 fee for rebalancing or repairs. Book 1.5-hour time slots between 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, excluding 10:00 - 11:00 am for daily maintenance. For advance booking, please call by 3:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in the Drift Away Suite, Oceanview Retreat, and Loveridge House for a $30 fee per booking. Pet package items are reusable and must remain on the property. Any damages or extra cleaning due to pets will result in additional charges to your credit card. Pets are not permitted in the Sunshine Inn or Hi Tides Hostel.

Smoking Policy
All accommodations are smoke-free. A minimum $250 fee will be charged for smoking indoors to cover extra cleaning and fumigation.

Harassment and Discrimination
Twillingate & Beyond upholds a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital/family status, or disability. Violators may be asked to leave and may involve law enforcement if necessary.

Quiet Time
Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
